Skye Condos had an underwhelming appearance with dingy off-white walls and boring blue doors. Color can be overwhelming, it’s a commitment after all. I made it easy for the residents to choose the colors for their common spaces by offering some schemes. Ultimately they went for a warm and inviting Baked Terra Cotta scheme.
